About Us
In December 2019 we have started our journey across Europe in a self converted Citroen Jumper called Gordito. However, the whole project began a lot earlier with planning the conversion and actually doing it. That is why we created this blog: to share a) our way of building a campervan and b) our experiences of travelling across Europe - the plant-based way.
And this is us
Dominik and Judith from Colonia, Germany. Now, we call Europe our home and explore what it has to offer. Moving into a van really allowed us to concentrate on our passions: our love for travelling, our exitement over summer, and our need of being outside and active. Throw yummy plant-based food into the mix and you have one happy couple.
Once a full stack software devoloper, Dominik has dived in deeply in all there is to know about van conversions, from solar power to carpentry. He is interested in the technical topics of building a van and loves to share ideas and experiences. Judith, with a background in writing and marketing, gets more exited about finding design solutions, exploring destinations and cultures as well as making sure that we get all the vitamins and coffee we need.
